Financial Data & Content
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Legro.
By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your data solely to provide the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any data provided.
AI-Generated Insights
Legro uses artificial intelligence to generate financial insights.
These outputs:
May not be accurate, complete, or reliable
Are provided for informational purposes only
Should not be considered financial, accounting, or legal advice
You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any outputs before relying on them.
Payments & Billing
Some features of Legro require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and authorize recurring billing.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may, at our discretion, issue refunds in specific cases.
Intellectual Property
The Legro platform, including its design, software, and content, is owned by Legro and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services.
Third-Party Services
Legro integrates with third-party providers, including payment processors and AI services.
We are not responsible for the performance, security, or practices of these third parties.
Data Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
Termination

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
